4-year old Heavy Duty eXmark Commercial Zero Turn 52 inch deck. Lazer Advantage series - mower has only 175 hours.  Mower has always been garage kept. All maintence kept up and was schedualed to have a Factory recommended 200 hour maintenance & fluid change out. I had all of the required maintenance done at 173 hours and had new mulching blades installed. This mower has never been used to mow commercially. I have moved and do not need this mower which I have had since new. This mower is well kept and is the top, of the line, Zero Turn. I will trade for Tractor or 4x4 Tractor.
